This is the stokereport bro deal, craigslist will be more. In Norcal this board was only used in 4x overhead (lkilpatrick scale) at Mavericks.

Addict Surfboard, shaped by M. Shanahan. Custom Graphics, in good shape, needs one small ding fixed.

Ya, it's better to move from a business perspective. A lot more gigs and the rent is $3500/month less for a brand new, larger warehouse. It's a no-brainer.

I will, however, miss the culture in the Bay Area. it's really a unique place in the world. In a lot of ways it's the world's intellectual capital. I'd like to come back whenever I can afford it and not just because of the surf. Y'all have it good here, don't forget to take a moment now and again to appreciate it.
