Blown out slop, low tide and south wind is killing it. If your absolutely desperate there is 1 spot working but its 2-3ft and mushy as heck. The tide is so low that the near shore sandbars are exposed. Good day for recon.

HH-OH Sets with lots of offshore at the exposed breaks. Got 2 solid lefts and 2 solid rights. Should get even better with a lower tide if you want to make the trip down to HMB as long as the winds do not come up.

Should get better as the tide drops, however the bounce off the rocks was helping enoungh that 1 or 2 waves out of the sets would peak up into a nice little barrel. I got lucky and found myself in one. Lots of bounch but glassy and fun. SH to HH on some of the standout sets.
conditions meh for most of the a.m. (session was 8:30-10:30). But, for about 4 sets the wind shifted directly offshore and presto change-o, waist high lines of fun appeared. sunshine goodness too.
Headed south to escape the jumbled up, junky stuff blowing around in the usual places. Cleaner, knee to waist high waves. Still plenty of texture and plenty of jumble. Not awful, but lots of closed out, doublestacked waves with a sideways wave ######. Catchable on a longboard with some patience.
9:30-11:30, fair conditions ,if you like high tide and you like rocks it was the place to be, shoulder high peelers, glassy and a nice vibe in the line-up, I even saw a few people smile
The jetty is much cleaner than elsewhere, but still pretty bad. A handful of the truly desperate were catching a few shoulder high, mostly closeouts, here and there that lasted about five seconds. I didn't bother -- I think the tide will have it swamped out until later this afternoon when it might improve to solid poor +.
its bright, sunny, beautiful and... there are whitecaps to the horizon with 20kt+ onshores tearing the shit out of every w/nw facing beach between pacifica and santa cruz.
