The Alaia board is a thin, fast, finless, wooden surfboard with no rocker, arguably hard to handle. La La is the ancient Hawaiian word for alaia surfing. It is about sliding across the wave and then breaking trim into a sideslip or a cut back. Check out the video or the driftsurfing article for more information. What are your thoughts?
