simple observation: the more time someone spends stretching and yoga-ing on the beach before paddling out relates to their lack of surfing ability. check it and say i'm wrong.

Simple observation: the less time someone spends stretching before surfing, the sooner they're going to be sidelined with a shoulder or back injury. This of course goes up exponentially if that person is over 40.
