Frickin' nice redfish, too. Judging from the surroundings, guessing they're in MS or LA. Can't tell what kind of shark, though. Not a black tip... Grey reef?

EDIT: Buddy from home, who just posted the same video on FB, identified it as a bull shark. Very possible. Mean f'ers, bull sharks. Said they've been spotted 12 miles up fresh water rivers before.

Definitely a bull shark. Pretty startling.

Looks a lot like the intracoastal around South Carolina (and they talk like me). I surfed a pier in Myrtle Beach last month and a guy called me out of the water to show me pictures of about 10 sharks swimming nearby. They were doing the same thing, waiting for someone on the pier to reel a fish in then they would snatch it off the line.
