Freaking out ensues...
That. Is. Awesome.
Frickin' nice redfish, too. Judging from the surroundings, guessing they're in MS or LA. Can't tell what kind of shark, though. Not a black tip... Grey reef?
EDIT: Buddy from home, who just posted the same video on FB, identified it as a bull shark. Very possible. Mean f'ers, bull sharks. Said they've been spotted 12 miles up fresh water rivers before.
Definitely a bull shark. Pretty startling.
Looks a lot like the intracoastal around South Carolina (and they talk like me). I surfed a pier in Myrtle Beach last month and a guy called me out of the water to show me pictures of about 10 sharks swimming nearby. They were doing the same thing, waiting for someone on the pier to reel a fish in then they would snatch it off the line.
definitely southern-I'll defer to the NC resident and assume they're is on the money. Sketch.
a shark, a shark, a big ass shark.
Ah, @parkside, you could be right. They *don't* talk like me (from MS), so that makes sense.
That thing was pretty far up the Intracostal. That'd startle you for sure. Still, watch it again - it gets funnier. OH JESUS CHRIST!
Imagine if they were on a dock and not a deck...yikes! (never mind in a canoe)
Sometimes I love me some YouTube.
I'm pretty sure this was posted before, but in case you missed the first time, enjoy. Pure comedy.
Holy Shit Billy Bob was that a sharrk?
Can I get an "Oh my God?"
"my wife....I mean my sister caught a shark!!!!" "i got it on the picture machine!"
@congested--- you know, congested, your comments were in really bad taste ; )
"It's still on your line baby, keep reeling"
What exactly was the plan there?
