From the sound of this SF Gate article, it was a sketchy day at OB with two separate rescues....a kiteboarder who had to be resuscitated, and a sailboat that lost two passengers, one found and the other still missing, presumed dead. Gotta respect the power of the currents and the water on these very windy days.
I've experienced few things as humbling as taking a beat down from the ocean. It definitely puts you in your place.

No details regarding whether they were wearing life vests etc. SFGate and the comments are as per usual, ridiculous troll fodder. Anyway, I think if one was wearing a life vest, one could survive that ordeal, but it would be very cold. Finally, regarding messing up PowerLines productions framing...where were the protests when Bad Vibe Bob's boat ran aground?
