Rant - Feature Request: Mobile Video

Anyone else wish that StokeReport supported mobile (er, iphone) for posted videos? I
find myself checking StokeReport a fair amount on the go and am always
bummed to see the 'no plugin' icon in safari iphone for posted videos.

Many of the video services do make iphone-compatible mpeg available and
YouTube now appears to be encoding everything for the iphone. I believe
Vimeo recently released iphone support for all video too.

For example:

http://stokereport.com/report/5484

http://autoembed.com) -->

The YouTube URL entered into iphone safari launches the YouTube app and
plays the video. I'm not sure what the best stokereport experience would
be. A link to the video's page on the hosting service would work for me.
There are fancier options but maybe not worth the effort. For example,
Flickr has a nice implementation for its mobile site that plays videos in
the embedded mpeg player on the iphone.

I had a short chat with John/the powers that be and suggested I post here to see if others would be stoked to see this feature on the site. He's a busy man and could use the enthusiasm of the community to help motivate him. Please vote up this rant if you'd like to see this feature.

A simple link to the YouTube or Vimeo URL would make me stoked.

We appear to have lost support for iPhone video. I no longer see the embed or links. On purpose?

Hmm. I do not see it for the link above. I do see the icon linking to YouTube at http://stokereport.com/rant/insane-big-wave-surfing-1966-sunset-beach-vi... but not the movie still as I was seeing when this was first implemented. Also I'm pretty sure I wasn't seeing the icon yesterday since that's what prompted me to bring it up.
