My friend is taking a surf trip to Nicaragua soon. In preparation, he's organized a clothing drive for the NPH Orphanage (http://www.nph.org/ws/homes/home.php?org=3) that'll be going down this Friday at The Hemlock from 5 until 9. He'll also be DJing (most likely punk stuff). During the event the bar will be projecting Innersection 2011. Thirst discounts run from 5 until 7 and include a $5 Jameson and PBR special, $4 off all pitchers, and $1 off everything else. You should go. Even you don't like the sounds or bar, briefly show face and throw down some clothes. Apparently, teens are the priority in terms of items, so consider that with sizes if possible. Thank you.

Also FYI baseball is huge down there. Show up with a bunch of new baseballs and you'll make a lot of kids happy.

@Congested, yeah, bring some stuff to donate if you can! If you wanna show up with your balls out that's cool, but they might not let you into the bar. I'm still in Hawaii and won't be there to introduce myself, but say hello to Ryan (he's the dude that put it together and will be DJing).
