USGS was out today installing pressure sensors in the surf zone between ###### and ######. They are a couple hundred yards apart and stacked 2 deep. They are marked by a ~6, spring loaded orange pole and will up until March 26.
what do they do? what are they for?
will they effect surfers/surfing?
