Ya know, I just thought I would put this out there. I've noticed that the comments voted down the most on this site are pretty much hater-style. It's funny, cause some users who routinely post spiteful messages get voted down, then cry to the moderator about how the voting system is unfair! The last time I checked, the site was called stoke report, not troll report!! Well, here comes the poo-storm! nighty-night!
I agree with you sparky, I just don't get how people who know they are stating stuff in a dickhead manner don't understand that people don't what to hear their dick thoughts.
Make some positive comments on troll report and you get all sorts of down votes.
Personally, the thing I hate most about this site is listening to people bitch about getting thumbs down. It makes me just want to go to brunch. Can't people just ignore it, are their feelings hurt that bad from a thumbs down? And is it possible that someone is not a "hater" but honestly doesn't like your comment or post? Let's agree to disagree! On another note, hope everyone gets to score some nugs with the dolphins today!
It's pretty a pretty simple concept, don't be a shit poster and you won't get shit karma. Honestly without mods here we've done a good job maintaining some some kind of sanity.

So when people whine about negativity, the new thing is to say you are "going to brunch"? I'm not mocking it, I just need to know what that kids are saying these days. This could also explain why there are so many people that are both hungry and getting the shakes on Sunday mornings along Polk...their friends keep whining about negativity. It must be a universal explanation.
Have you ever had to wait in line, gulping a venti? Of COURSE you'd get the shakes.

BTW: Brenda's is good, but don't wait in line for it and definitely don't go on the weekend. Try late lunch between 3pm - 5pm. I think they might close for an hour. Po' boys are bomb. Fried chicken is good, but kind of expensive...wait, this is SR..not yelp!

going to brunch is one of the best things any one human can do with their time. i also expect to see the whining fall off considerably once the waves pick up! good sesh + eggs benedict = heaven.
@sparky I agreed with you earlier but I got to hate on brunch. I don't want to pay $30 for eggs and then have to listen to my girlfriends friends yap away. I noticed there is a ratio between rate of yapping and numbers of mimosas consumed. Now brunch can redeem itself if I'm not invited because that means I have no obligations all morning long so I can surf for an extra hour or so, munch a burrito and then take a nap on the couch while watching football.
@cloud....That was great. Highly under-appreciated but the zero adds a nice touch.
People can follow the rules of the site yet because the majority are a bunch of puritans you can get banned because of it. That's what's shitty about the system.
The great thing about this site for me is when you're having a shitty day, there's always something here that will cheer you up.
