it's only worth what someone will pay for it. has it sold yet? if no, then it's not low enough!
@wave glider: i've been meaning to setup a classifieds concept on the site. but then again, i've been meaning to do a lot of things.
Clean the wax off, take some better pics and you might get $275 for it.
You'd be lucky to get $200 otherwise - I know that sounds cheap but the board is pretty long for the width and thickness of it and that cuts down on the potential buyers.

$200
"I bought this surf board less than a year ago brand new ($650) at O'Neil's in Santa Cruz. It's been ridden maybe 5-6 times. Perfect condition. Here are the specs:
Dahlberg Australia Surfboards
6'6" x 18 1/4" x 2 5/16"
FCS fins
Dakine Footpad
No dings, no cracks, no damage whatsoever. "
It MAY very well be worth that, or more. But if you're moving at the end of the month, and you want to sell it without shipping it, or putting it on consignment, then try to use the advice on this board without getting defensive. There are a TON of shortboards and semi-guns on Craigslist and Ebay, and speaking from personal experience people seem way more gaga over retro or vintage boards when buying online.
I had 6 shortboards on Craigslist that were basically ridden for less than a month each, I asked for $300+ for each of them (which they were definitely worth) and I don't even think I got ONE email. I dropped them all to $200 - $200, and all 6 were gone within a couple weeks.
Also, I had one of my old early 80s Merricks on there for $200usd, and I got about 67 emails about it. I realized then I might be selling myself short, so I put it up for $350usd, and I still got heaps of emails.
Weird, but those are the patterns I've seen.
Craigslist has gotten as bad as a garage sale. Low-ballers, looky-loos, and people who ask redundant questions. And as minyan said; "it's only worth what someone will pay for it." I've sold longboards on CL for as much as $800.
@Mark cutback Johnson: stay firm on your price as long as you find necessary. If you don't get your asking price, maybe leave it with someone you trust to sell it for you.
BTW, I have a brand new O'Neill 4/3 Psycho 1 Zen Zip wetsuit, size XL for sale for $200 if anybody's interested. It's the 2009 style, but never used.
seems to be better. good luck
tough sell though - board seems a bit big/thin for linda mar
