I wonder why we put dogs to death when they bite but not a shark? Because it's the sharks ocean? Then it would be the dogs land. Yes? No?

Yes. It's just a matter of convenience obviously. Because it's generally *hard* to get to a shark to kill them. With my chum-free shutzshark course however, we can change that. Beckoning them becomes a matter of speaking some lite German.
