Rant - Linda Mar Camera

So it seems like the high def surfline camera at Linda Mar has gone on the fritz...
I'm betting sabotage! Any takers?

Late night Surf Ninja attacK (I am seeing all black board shorts & hoodie rash guard with webbed paddle gloves & water wings) is what I am thinking has happened...

But where will it end?

Will the next hit will be the Exploratorium Roof Cam with the long distance FP angle? (partially obscured)
Or the NOB cam?

(The loss of the lindy cam made me laugh as I was checking surfline the other day...
I cannot be the only one...)

Yep, its the camera that is making it crowded not the 12 million people that live with in an hour, the 3 surf shops and the 3 big parking lots in a short walk, the visibility from the road and the fact that everyone knows where it is doesn't effect the crowd at all. Nope, it must be the Camera, now that is out, we will all score solo sessions there :)

I'm not sure what's more laughable:
* conspiracy theory on camera status
* constantly dissing SMLM.

ok ok, I admit it. I killed the camera because it might show 'fair' conditions when my reports read 'poor'.

Oh @kooktastic, no big deal. Just kinda funny how easy it is for folks to say how lame lm is. I get a kick out of it.

OB cam on the fritz too? I'd bet if a cam were installed at FP & the Bo all hell would break loose.

yeah-definitely been down about a week+? Probably cutting down the crowds from 300 to 220-ish lately. It's been awesome. ;)
