Mi quiver es tu quiver

Rant - Mi quiver es tu quiver

To the indefatigably stoked crew:

I'm land bound till at least August because of surgery. In the meantime, I've got a quiver of boards sitting around like bird dogs with no quarry. They're pent up and need to get wet. If anyone's going on a trip, just wants to try something new, or has a friend from outta town hit me up here, on email or twitter.

I've also posted 3/4 of the boards on globalquiver.com (great idea, broughten!) but would happily loan them to Stokers for free. Let me know. I'm not flying away any time soon.

No skullduggery here. My shoulder got renovated. Here's a pic of the renovation in action. It's not as nasty as a "foot infection" pic:)

sorry to hear it. what kind of work are you doing on the shoulder? it looks like i have to get my ac joint shaved down. i am trying to figure out recovery time.

@muelle the surgery fixed torn cartilage, shaved down some bone, and repaired a tendon. this might be more intensive than ac debridement. I'm expecting i won't surf till at least 6 mo out, although i'd be happy to get out earlier

Yikes... Maybe it will make you feel better maybe not. I have had a terrible March in terms of health. Dental work that was like sucking on a razor blade. Ear infection. And yesterday my lip gets numb and I go in an find out I have a case of Bell's Palsy. In April I have to go in and get the surfer's ear reamed... looks like I am on dog walking duty for a few months. north west winds... bring it on.

I didn't even notice this when it was first posted. I'm super stoked to have @sea-sprout's boards on global quiver. This past week, I've really been trying to spread the word a little more (rather than just doing more software development). It's paid off a bit. We have 41 boards up now. Still need a lot more for it to be actually valuable to surfers, but hopefully we'll get there.
