Rant - New Feature - Comment attachments

Stokereporters: a few of you have requested image attachments to comments. I've just added this feature. Feel free to try it out by attaching an image to this rant. Just click on the "attached images" link and attach away.

Here's a sequence from last month at OB.
Oddly, they went up in the reverse order from which I had attached them.
