New Feature: Comment Voting

StokeReporters, we've just added a new feature. Comment voting. The main motivation for this is to allow you to vote down the troll comments that we see from time to time on StokeReport. The voting gets factored into a karma algoritm that limits the troll's ability to continue to comment on the site.

Note for IE8 users: Currently we're looking into a weird issue that doesn't allow you to vote on comments. We'll get that fixed in the next week or two. If you really need to vote, you might consider Chrome, Firefox or Safari, which are better browsers anyway. Maria, close your eyes. Internet Explorer sucks balls. O.k, you can open them again.
