Thank you @Eatnectar for that simple and, what seems on the surface, obvious solution to poo's prob. Yes, self control !! Maybe there is a need for a 12 step program for disgruntled ex stokes. As for departing the site? I am reminded of the words to that old Paul Simon song "there must be 50 ways to leave your stoke report".
