Has ocean beach been good at all lately? I don't think i've surfed there in a month. Been pretty busy and opportunity is sparse but every time i check (most days) things are not looking so hot...When will the wind and storms end for us?

Surf season's over at OB but we'll get a few good days here and there. It'll get sunny but windy in spring and foggy and windy in summer.
Even with the funky conditions of late, it still seems like a pretty epically awesome season when you add it all up.
and just wait till the summer south swells start comin, turns right back on, though more window oriented, patience :)
Or, if you're like me, you surf regardless and grin b/c it's better than sleeping, working, or going to the gym. And, summertime brings lots of seals, sealions, and dolphins, too. Some of the best sessions I've had have been when it's looked like awful kookslop from shore, but once in the mix, you find all sorts of crazy fun peaks with sweet drops or unexpected walls.
Let your minigun have a break & let your fish & longboard have some of the fun.
i'm with you @sticker, wind and slop doesn't stop me from going in and as my expectations lower the more sneak fun sessions occur!

Started when it was crap so my definition of good is pretty damn reasonable.
