I like how all the photos have "quote quote quote", "subheading or photo caption" Looks good, but they need to polish it a bit

is it a good idea to reduce the traffic lanes? Going from 4 to 2 along the whole great highway and by the cliff house would seem OK during the normal (light) traffic situations, but the great highway backs up now during the real busy times, and the right lane coming down the hill by cliff house is already basically a parking queue.

There are some good ideas in there, thanks to those putting in the effort. I wonder how much of this will actually come to fruition.
