Oregon man cited for shark possession

Actually, he was keeping it in Depoe Bay, but it got "cought" up in his crab pot lines. (http://www.ifish.net/board/showthread.php?t=262551). Them Or-uh-gun boys didn't convince the judge, though. Geez, doesn’t it just look like this piddly little critter could entangle itself and die in crabbing lines? (
