I've never surfed another spot with more of those cute lil guys around. Only bad thing about 'em is if they get close enough to bark at you the smell of their breath is almost enough to knock you out!

I heard them barking - kind of high-pitched, thought it was a seagull at first - but wasn't THAT close :)
