Sheesh, whoever it is, I hope his surfing is louder than his wetsuit. Guess he figured, "what the heck, I'm in San Francisco". Hey, nothing says SF surfing better than a psychedelic wetsuit....right?

That's Wilkinson and he did win his heat. Wilkinson stated that he likes to have different wetsuit for each contest. For the NY contest he had dollar bills all over the suit, and one other contest he wore a 'boobies' suit.

I was walking down the boardwalk and look who came out of the parking lot getting ready for his heat. (riding ...Lost boards, not DHD's).
