As a dad, all I can say is that this is the best picture I've seen in a long time. The little girl is stoked, probably more than the dad. Great find. :)

Best dad of the Universe goes to this Aussie guy in Bali I saw when I was there. Was at Seminyak, and it was 7'+ and dad was free swimming, no fins, nothing, and *PUSHING* his ***SIX YEAR OLD**** grommet into the steepest waves I have seen O_o!!!! Every time, kid would do just fine, disappear completely, and pop out all the way inside and paddle back out.

Years a go I was in HI for work and had a dawn patrol at shoulder high Waikiki. This dad on an 11 foot+ paddle board was towing in his 7-8 yr. old daughter. She would hold on to his heel, he'd paddle, she'd drop and rip down the line. (It was OH for her : ) Very cool.
On the flip side, I saw a dude out at Ft. Point w/ his two sons doing a similar thing. Pretty agro. At least they were all wearing helmets.
