In nature nothing is lost, everything is transformed. A young surf company followed Lavoisier's principles and is transforming billboards into surfboard bags.
Rareform is trying to move action sports into the sustainable business field. The Californian start-up has discovered a way of transforming billboard ads into light, durable, waterproof surfboard bags.
"The process starts when we intercept these billboards before they reach the landfill. We then wash, cut and sew each bag, here in California. No two products are alike", explains Alec Avedissian, founder of Rareform.
