What's up with 46237??

It's not even big enough conditions to where it would have a reason to go off radar/offline? Sure signals maybe disrupted at times but why? I am always suspicious of it when it goes offline on the regular in the fall/winter,or when it's good;) I am sure a lot of us do not need all these precise readings but they sure are nice to have..

Anybody have a clue why it goes offline on the regular?
I don't like have to do the deductions, especially with wind swell.
