Where could this be?

I mean let's get real. The chance of any decent surf for the next four months is unlikely. Maybe a day here and there... if you are really lucky and drop everything and race to the beach for that 2 hour window of opportunity? So here is a photo taken when there where big waves in November. It was taken somewhere along the coast. Just curious if someone knows where this is. I can't remember the spot.
