Pretty fun if you're in the right spot. Inconsistent HH-OH peaks. Some pretty nice A-frames & shoulders with the occasional barrel coming through. Winds are still light offshore, but the surface is starting to get a little bump on it. Not much current. Easy paddle to the outside. After weeks of endless DOH bombs, it's a nice change of pace out there!
As I was suiting up, two guys super stoked came in. I was parked next to them and they were high five'ing each other and just amped about their session. I looked over and one of the guys was Jeff Clark. I was a little awe-struck. Ending up talking to the guys briefly. Super nice guys. It's really cool to see a guy like Jeff Clark still amped on a head high session. I loved his comment: "I haven't ridden a board this small in a long time..."
