Just another case of simple mind, simple pleasures. But, I had some fun this morning. It's junk out there, but with less than optimistic expectations, there are some decent rides to snap off in the right places. The sun is out, the water isn't too cold and the surf is somewhat functional. And I can't drive to friggin SC. However, I'm certain our Cruzer friends will tell us all about it. :P
Though it's blown to smithereens currently (11am), it was a very surfably fun session from 830 til about 1030. No one serves up the slopy sloppy windslop like mutha lindy. Lots of waves, short rides, and at least it wasn't closing out

Great report. And just to elevate your stoke, there's not too much to talk about down here in Sta Cruz . Swell has dropped a lot, and the head high shackiness from yesterday it's a 2-3 ft slowness now, so I'm glad you didn't waste gas driving south, BUT I can't say the same about next week, that looks like fun!
