surfing conditions at San Francisco - Ocean Beach

I'm going to have to go ahead and disagree. While the waves left something to be desired, where I paddled out there were fun, short shoulders with the occasional barrel and a few good huckings onto the sandbar. Might not have been great, but it sure was better than howling on-shores and for that I will give it a fair -.

I think you may have gone to a bad spot, bummer. Lady OB has been uber fickle lately.

Bad day of surfing in the wrong spot is still good. Though...a few of those misses consistently, and then yeah... it sucks :)

incredibly fun morning with the boys today. SH peelers. lefts better than right. @tehdely, thou must explore to find the grail.

On Sunday, I checked it in the morning and it was slop. Then later the high tide rolled in and it was better than the morning. After surfing the mid-day sesh I went back to the beach to chill for a few hours. As the tide dropped out and the winds got lighter as evening approached there was this 2 hour window where conditions were easily fair+. SH-HH peaky bowls. I pulled the rare double-sesh and there were only 3 other guys out. Being "on it" is one big advantage for living out here da Sunset.
