poor surfing conditions at San Francisco - Ocean Beach

thanks buddy. realism is winning out over optimism. one of these days I may go surfing again.

I thought I was all cool for ignoring this advice and trying a little afternoon session in front of the zoo. It actually looked pretty doable from the beach, but it was alllllll over the place when you actually paddled out.

Meh, given the option of driving south & surfing w/the crowds, I found a spot on the Beach that was doable. Just. Happy to have paddled out. It was sunny. I like the sun. I don't like crowds. I don't like driving. Meh, it was a win, I think. ;)

Went out 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. Good for paddle. No one out.
