Pretty fun time at good 'ol Linda Mar between 9a-2p. Never really surfed the docks before but damn, that left was a good time. Caught a few bombs in the vicinity of Hells Bell, but got tired after getting cleaned up multiple times. Surf was fair but my stoke is pretty epic after the lake side conditions we've been having over the last week.
Good call Hasbro, we can't take any chances when it comes to protecting the secrecy of Lindamar's perfect waves. I just can't bear the thought of a bunch of kooks finding out about this closely guarded treasure and then arriving with the expectation of another private session only to find 200 of my closest buddies impersonating bouys across every inch of the break. I am just thankful that Lindamar is so far off the hwy so that nobody that wasn't in the know like yourself could ever be expected to find and distinguish the closeouts in front of Taco Hell from those a few feet further down this glorious stretch of heaven. It is bad enough when people on here try to pretend that there are spots along Great Hwy that are a secret, particularly those that are immediately adjacent to the parking lots and of course that never to be discussed stretch that is sitting in front of a web camera.

Seems like the location turtle has caused more endless quabbling on this site than anything else... TEN-fold. I echo the sentiments of someone else on here who recently said that he missed the good old days - back when this site was more fun and "Stoked"... when reports didn't inevitably devolve into fights about censorship.
Dorcas' comment was a funny "editorial" on the obvious...the absurdity of any portion of LM being more secret/hidden than another...as if that proverbial cat hadn't long ago left the bag. We're talking Linda Mar here...it's already over-run! Allow me to gently point out that by stating, "dood yr turtle is showin' its head" you go beyond your own stated principle of "didn't write and might not agree with the standards" and morph into the role of reminder/enforcer of those same standards you didn't write and might not agree with...that is different than "respect" of said standards...simply and respectfully put, it makes no sense.
I don't want to continue this shtty discussion but I think hasbro was commenting on sht conditions? Turtlehead?
