fair surfing conditions at San Mateo - Linda Mar

Not quite there yet, since there were still a few marginally rideable waves coming through today. Fall at Linda Mar means the coming of bigger swells and nothing but unrideable closeouts when they hit it. Can't wait, it's gonna be epic.

Was there today around 1:30ish, taking the girlfriend out for her first time on a surfboard. The whitewater was perfect beginner territory. I paddled out while she was taking a break from getting tossed around and did a lot of sitting and looking and waiting and paddling. Stoked for the paddle practice, stoked despite only catching a few waves in the white water with no board.
