fair surfing conditions at San Francisco - Ocean Beach

Cyclona would hated it, but I had a ball. Good energy head-high glassy peaks rolling through. A lot of closeouts but some really, really fun hollow fast waves on occasion. South winds were getting a little too strong at the end but a very fun fair+ day. Stoked.

Observed: Girl surfer wearing a bright yellow sports bra outside her wetsuit. Guessing she was wearing it so we wouldn't mistake her for the landlord.

wind must have picked up...because it looks craptacular right now. Jealous that you guys are able to get out what seems to be every morning. lucky bastards!

funner than yesterday, with a bit more energy too. wind was mucking it up at around 8:30.

yo we need to plan a trip to trestles to reset your scale of what fair surf is.

i didnt say "drop everything right now and go to trestles" did i? no, that wasnt me in the sports bra today, i generally dont wear my bra on the outside, even for halloween. woulda said hi tho!

Trestles is a mushy wave that doesn't barrel. if you like "cut backs", that's your wave. hella grumpy, caught the flu...and haters still don't surf.
