Tuesday 12pm - San Mateo - Linda Mar, poor surfing

Pretty crappy out at LM today, or at least it was crappy from about 10:45-11:45. I felt like most of my time was spent sitting and freezing or paddling for waves that never quite broke. I did get one pretty fun ride in and also got dumped over the falls pretty good on another, (@Tracy saw me get tossed ass over teakettle). And as we all know, a good wipeout is always better with a witness.

It was a pretty sweet toss. Usually I see someone go over the falls and the disappear into the wash. @cowgill managed to get the full spin cycle in spectacular fashion. I could see him end over end a good two or three full turns before the wash covered him up.

A good clean set came through as I was leaving around 12:15, but overall it was disorganized and meh. Not as cold as I thought it would be, barely any wind kept things bearable.
