Decent waves out there. Not a ton of size, and a lot were closing out, but very beautiful conditions. I bodysurfed with a hand plane for about an hour and must have caught two dozen waves, then I swapped out for the camera and got a few pictures. More will be available at the site soon.

great pics! the waves seem bigger than the report... but maybe it is that you are right at water level. I love the light.
I use a GoPro hero camera and I swim out with fins. I tie the camera to an old leash strap I wear around my wrist and sit in the impact zone. I took some real beatings tonight. Even though the waves weren't too big, it was breaking in pretty shallow water so I had my lunch served to me. I have gotten about 4 shots from the night up on my site http://surfthisart.blogspot.com and have plenty more to get to through the rest of the week.
