aquadad: I hope you're joking. My weekly run as well as thousands of others is right by ######. I live (3 years) and work (6 years) here too. It's not really a secret.

I haven't paddled out there because I've heard of people getting beat up, but I watch it almost 3 times a week. Whenever it's big anywhere else, a good solid left will come through Ft Point. Last night it was breaking past the pier. Looked like a bitch to get back in without dinging your board though because there wasn't much lull between sets.

Funny I live 1 minute away from it and I drive 40 minutes to go surf at the Jetty. Go figure.

That first shot is so sick! The shadow of the bridge, the red reflection in the water, surfer in the sun. One of the best composed shots of Ft. Point i've ever seen.
