South OB@7:00a.m... Offshore + HH + Sunny + Ghostown. Saw one guy out the whole time and it turned out to be a buddy of mine. Nothing close to epic, but c'mon, nobody out??? Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining : )
I went out yesterday morning and thought the same thing. It was a total glory paddle, with nobody else bothering. Then when I got out I noticed that there were some people a ways down surfing some stuff that looked way better, and that I was an idiot.

What muscle group does the head-in-hands-chortle position target? Will it strengthen my core?
it targets the lower neck as the lulz that creeped into the front of my head, made me use my hands as a spot.
