Ocean beach brings us a light offshore breeze, overcast skies and waves in the shoulder high range. It's a smidge mixed up but decent looking shoulders are making a semi-regular appearance on the inner bars. It looks a little hit or miss but worth a paddle I you're feeling it. No takers so far. Fair-
Post Surf Update: Paddle was surprisingly tricky with the low frequency energy breaking all over the place on the inner bar. The waves were sucking hard producing fast hollow sections at the outside edge of the bar ready to delight anyone ready to paddle into them. Since I was the only guy out, that person was me. Got a couple of beat downs and a couple of fun ones before calling it a day.
@dd, I had a near identical session. Some really fun inner bar corners and some pretty solid beat downs when I didn't find the corner. Beautiful morn, offshores, & glassy. Definitely better than pilates.

However, have you ever seen a San Francisco (dill) pickle in a barrel? I did!
haha nah just some clean faces and some late drops. I did manage a baby launch off a left that was walling up. Good times. It started out with "ummm this looks like a baby pool :( awh..." then things actually progressed quite well! When I got out though it softened up again. Next time we'll plan better...damn it was pretty organized.
it was good times! a dubious start turned monkey fun. nice waves were had by all :)
