Just so you everyone knows, you didn't miss anything this afternoon at 4pm. Knee high in front of the PumpHouse, waist high up north. Closeouts all round. Also some weird sand bar action - I walked out to the lineup in knee deep water. That and a crazy N-S rip up north.
*Almost* regret going out. Almost.
I got there about 1pm, and saw several good waves roll in while I was stretching on the beach. As soon as I paddled out, it turned into impossible to catch corners and closeouts. I had to consciously remind myself not to be bummed that I escaped work long enough to go surfing during the week.
Glad to know that was the case. After getting shut down at OB yesterday afternoon I was very tempted to drive down to LM. I just kept telling myself it is going to suck down there don't do it, you will regret wasting the time.
