Saturday 7am - San Francisco - Ocean Beach, poor surfing
Oh dear. Last night all signs pointed towards a stellar morning of surf. Sadly the NW wind came up faster than forecast and is now blowing from the NW at 15-20mph and doing a good job knocking down the head high waves from the nice 14s groundswell. It's choppy and junky out there with little reward on offer even for the determined. I'm feeling even more bummed that I missed out on the action yesterday morning.
