Fun solo session in the sun just a bit south of the jetty. No wind. No people. The waves were fun but not stellar: waist-to-shoulder-high, short rides, rare peelers to the beach. I'll give it a fair for the beautiful morning, but it's probably not worth ditching out of work.
I was surfing the Jetty. I saw you from afar but didn't know it was you Graecen. I had a great solo sesh too! Fun waist to stomach peelers through the morning. Tide got too low and 5 shortboarders paddled out but I got in some satisfying longboard rides.
Missed you, Zurffy. I would have paddled up toward the jetty, but I only had time for a quick session. I can't believe how empty the place was. If you go tomorrow check out those waves on the south-end of the beach. Surprisingly fun.
