Thursday morning brings us clear skies, light winds and surf in the 2xOH range. It's looking pretty ragged out there, with funky, sectiony surf breaking up and down the beach. The paddle looks pretty challenging and the surfing opportunities few and far between. If you are feeling really desperate you might find something to slide down, but I wouldn't bet on it.
well, a few of us paddled out from the ###### around 6:30. 20-30 minutes later we were south of the ###### and still paddling. we turned tail, walked back up the ###### and tried again. 20 minutes later and one white water special back to the beach, we were at our cars. standing in the lot we watched @crypto start his paddling odyssey from the ######. 20 minutes later, he's still paddling but then something amazing happens.....he makes it out. feelings of stoke, envy, pettiness and stoke emerge from those of us in the lot. 20 minutes later, @crypto was still searching for that elusive bomb out back. hope he got one.
