Fun morning with long period swell and steady offshores. CH to OH depending on where you paddled out.. The usual closeouts on the chunkier sets, but the inbetweeners offered up some shoulders... Spotted a few OB SR refugees out there as well...

Begrudgingly, I agreed to join @crypto @ Lindi after evaluating all other options. Pulled up, and it looked like a lake. I only had my minigun in my truck, thinking we'd be hitting bigger spots. D'oh.
But once I paddled out, there were some really fun chest-shoulder high, and occasionally head high, waves. Fair number of closeouts, as you'd expect at Lindi, but I found some beautiful faces. Crowd was completely manageable, too, and yeah, I definitely wasn't the only OB refugee there. Saw a number of regulars in the lineup, including @pickle. Pretty funny, actually.
Love, love, love having my expectations exceeded. Sometimes think that's better than having high expectations met.
