Conditions looked much better before there was enough daylight to see the conditions. That said, plenty of juice out there, and 3 miles of beach to ourselves. Can't complain too much

Heh, @waterman, we were saying the same thing after our session... Dang, it looked much better in the dark! I do think the onshores picked up after we got in, though. Still, better than sleep or work.

it looked like it was setting up really well ... really disappointing. i didn't even get in. i am, of course, regretting that now.

Agreed! Tho I can safely say I'm looking forward to being on a normal schedule again. I think I'd rather do my sleeping at night, surfing in the morning. :D
