Saturday 10pm - Santa Cruz - Steamer Lane, fair surfing
Actually south of Santa Cruz near Aptos @ 12 - 3 p.m. Fair conditions, WH-CH, lots of bump & warble to the face. But, there was almost no one in the water, the water was warm, and the air temp downright balmy. After a huge burrito on 41 st avenue, we drove up the coast and discovered tons of beautiful empty peaks for a sunset session. As day turned to night we surfed clean very fun HH lefts. Today was a good day.
