Glad you scored. That sounds about the same as my experience yesterday evening 5-6:30. The wind stayed quiet so it stayed reasonably clean and there were a lot of chest to HH waves coming through. Had to take a couple of those on the head paddling back out after every wave caught because the period was so short. Felt like I was surfing longer than I did as a result but had a pretty good time after being sick for a couple weeks.

I concur with @ carl, caught a few which were def in the "good" category. and, its gorgeous out

A mushburger breakfast in the sun is better than sitting at a desk. Good for all of you for getting out.

The paddle out was a little more than expected for Lindy, but a good day and certainly better than sitting at a desk or in my car driving. Just glad to get in.
