fair surfing conditions at San Mateo - Linda Mar

Monday 9pm - San Mateo - Linda Mar, fair surfing

Paddled out at linda mar today at 530. The wind was howlimg. There seemed to be some energy in the water but the wind made it miserable. One guy got a nice long right that made me jealous. I got many mushburgers. If I actually looked at the water before I suited up I would not have gotten in....but when I am desperate to get wet I have a rule: don't look, just suit up and go. Plus I need to get back in paddle shape for nicaragua...

You got to surf O.B. if you want to get in shape for Nicaragua, not little old baby waves at Linda Mar.

He should also get some waves and I don't think that would have happened today at OB.
Linda Mar ain't cowells... trust me there's some energy there. OB's another ball game. I definitely surf both... a lot! and I'm a much better surfer for doing that. Keeps things fun too and my quiver warm...
