Yeesh. I've never seen it that dead. Might be worth trying again when the tide is higher, but it mostly just looked like a good day to get hurt, since the only prospect for a "wave" was the one breaking right on the beach. There were two sweepers out, actually, catching some good rides, but it seemed like disappointment for anyone who paddled out. Several others had the same bright idea as myself and it seemed like we all came back in after 30 mins-1hr.

The brisk north current did provide something to paddle against, if one was looking for a workout.

With all this lemonade talk and this picture....I think I know where you went out tehdely.
