Yup, high tide killed it around 8:30. Still some bombs came through making for some fun drops.

I was out later around 10 and yes OB was throwing some bombs. Solid HH+ on the sets. There were plenty of fun rides out there. The fog was still really thick. Once in the lineup you could barely see the sand on the beach. That made it pretty much impossible to tell what street you were at and how far you had drifted. It was kind of wierd coming out of the water not having any idea where I was.

Yes it was hella disorienting out there this morning. My buddies swore we were drifting north but I insisted south. We paddled south and ended up at Ortga. We started at mraga. (warning: im about to get on my soapbox) Yeah, im pinpointing the location, i know. It's a big playing field out there and people just need to chill out. What's with the I "I went to %### and saw #### waves. But it's better at ####". ????

I get pilot's vertigo in that damn fog. Honestly, it feels like I'm paddling *DOWN* or slanted, towards the core of the Earth. Seriously odd. No wonder why JFK Jr went into the drink! Too bad I don't have any instruments.
