Clean lines with no chop, although that doesn't necessarily translate into long rides at LM. Warm weather. A bit of a wait between rides. Kick out in waist high water; practically a dry-hair session. Occasional nice SH sets came through, but SUP-guy was being considerate enough to take those all to himself.
Agreed. Again, like yesterday morning, small and clean and nose-rideable on the 9'2" - actually pretty sweet if you don't penalize it for size. Seemed like we were just getting nothing but the wraparound shadow of the south swell that pummeled OB... but of course that's not any kinda surprise. Stayed out for three hours - plenty of fun.
Not a bad day other than the idiot chick who was looking to hurt someone right off boat house. She was just left of the Nor Cal surf class on the left peak. She kept dropping in on everyone while going right on the left breaking wave, and surfing right into the peak from the shoulder, then wiping out ###### of the school. The stupid thing was that she was definitely a decent and experienced surfer, but her behavior was set on full retard. She was riding a 10' sponge and got pissed when I told her to follow the rules or GTFO. I hate surfing Saturdays. I've surfed Linda Mar for 25 years and this is the worst case of stupid I've ever come across.
